Discussion Worst way to die

I've been thinking about this for a year or more—like I have no control over my feelings, like I'm becoming just a body without a soul.
In this upset situation, I even created a song… but I didn't like singing hahaha . I forgot the lyrics, but if I find the recording, I'll definitely post it.

Everything started a couple of years ago. I tried to commit suicide, but I failed. I tried to cut my arteries, but it was so hard for me to actually cut, and it was hellishly painful. Like, fuck, I realized I wouldn't die from blood loss—I'd die from the pain.

I have thought and planned about set myself on fire but after knowing it's the most painful way to die and you can survive too, I noped lol. I need a less painful way hah

There is no limit to the human imagination when it comes to causing pain and suffering, and biology lends itself perfectly to it. Just look at cancer patients and other diseases and conditions. So, in the top three list, I'd put the following:
1. Crucifixion (longer agony with consciousness, even 24-48 hours)
2. Lingchi (extreme pain concentrated over hours with prolonged consciousness)
3. Wheel (prolonged agony with devastating bone pain, lasting hours and the suffering is intense and can drive you mad)
Then I'd put impalement, but it must be considered that one isn't always conscious despite the many hours spent, even 24 or more.

Yeah it's extremely difficult to die from cutting. I tried that a couple years ago and was left with fucked up scars lol.

My random list, not in any particular order:

1. Tylenol overdose. That sounds like fucking torture. Liver failing, suffering for a couple days, yeah no thanks.
2. Ricin poisoning
2. Cyanide poisoning
3. Setting yourself on fire, idk how people do this
4. Starvation and dehydration. I can't imagine going days without food or water.
5. Insert medieval torture here

I've read in some pulp fiction novel about succinylcholine being used to induce a heart attack in a terrorist financier. It's not pretty, the target screaming in pain and calling out for God as he dies and all. Dehydration is an awful way to go, too, having to suffer hallucinations by the third day before finally fading away.

Also, being in a explosive decompression incident. Case-in-point: the 1983 Byford Dolphin accident.

1. Getting trapped in one of those industrial ovens and burning to death.

2. Dying alone in a care home with no family to look after you. Sitting in your own faeces and urine. Being abused by the staff. All the while losing your mind to alzheimers and you have no idea what is going on.
