The amount of things I need to think about for my CTB in the forest is insane.

The location is 300 meters deep into a dense forest.

I'm afraid of the dark. I was thinking about heading to my location before the sun sets and setting up my tent.

Then after my tent is set up I won't leave it so I don't get spooked.

My idea is to do it at 12:00 am because it's less likely anyone would be walking near by and hear me.

Any advice would be helpful.

If you were walking on a forest trail at night and heard a strange noise, would you go closer to investigate it? Based on what you wrote, the answer is probably 'no'. Now apply this logic to other people walking by you. It is unlikely you will be interrupted. The next problem comes with actually going through with the plan...

What if they call somebody tho? They hear someone throwing up so they call someone… that's what I'm worried about.

It's also illegal to camp in the forest… so they could think I'm camping illegally.

If someone hears hears everything from a far distance I'm sure most people will assume it's an animal, I know I would. What is the forest connected to? that would help with knowing about any people who are watching that area or if the police will come.

Did you already scout a good location for the tent? If so I think you have to accept the risk of someone hearing you. If you can't use your home then there are risks.
There just isn't any easy way out unfortunately. It's such a shame.
