I want to order things to help me ctb online, but I'm in the UK and so things will have to go through customs

I'm living with my parents atm, and I'm scared to order things to this address, but I don't have anywhere else I can get things delivered to?

I'm just scared about things getting found at customs then ending up with police coming to the house to do a welfare check and I really don't want my parents to find out about this

Is there any way round this??

SN is not illegal in uk as far as i know

The only concern is if the supplier gets breached and they do welfare checks. We know to not let them in unless warrant though.

You can read that megathread or any future megathreads if the supplier is raided.

SN is definitely on the Customs & Excise watch list, so any import to the UK would require to be incorrectly labelled by the sender. Should C & E be aware of any supplier sending SN to Britain, they'll advise the authorities of the country where the sender was located.
They'll also advise the British Police Service who, to cover their own backs, will be very likely to attempt to contact the recipient. SN is legal to possess or purchase in Britain, so basically the only reason the cops get involved is to avoid some media headline if someone later ctb and it transpires they knew the person was contemplating it and took no action.
It could just be a bit embarrassing if your relatives were present when the cops arrived.

It's really legal to purchase? I assumed since it was a controlled substance (you can't sell it to someone without them having some poisons licence) it was also illegal to try to buy/import it.

If that's true, I feel much better about trying. I'd kinda given up because the thought of being arrested for it was making my anxiety worse. I don't really give a fuck about a welfare check since everyone knows I'm suicidal. It would just be finding one that's not a scam and finding a way to get AE standing between me and the death I want.

Yes, it's legal, but it's also a controlled substance.
That's the case here, and I assume other countries like the UK will most likely follow soon.

But the UK also seems to be doing welfare checks.
I remember reading about a member here even getting committed after ordering SN.
I think it was a different country, but I don't know how it works for the UK.

In the UK SN is a controlled substance in terms of the Explosives Precursors & Poisons Licence requirements. These relate to the fairly onerous restrictions placed upon UK suppliers, rather than the purchasers.
I'm not sure of the exact legislation covering the attempted import of a controlled substance in terms of these restrictions, however I know of no individual who has been reported or prosecuted in the UK for attempted purchase of this substance from overseas.
The entire thrust of the restrictions is to place a heavy duty of care on the supplier.

That's positive. I guess sorry in advance to all the people I send a PM to asking where they got theirs from :/. I had kinda resigned myself to somehow getting the strength to jump.

Please just do be very cautious of being scammed if anyone suggests a source to you, also be aware that pro lifers do come on this group intending to contact members direct without their posts being subject to public scrutiny by the Admins.
Best wishes for success for you.

Yeah, unfortunately there's no guarantees. Even if you're making contact with a user who's been around a while and is about to ctb, there's no way of knowing for sure that they're for real and a site they link to isn't a scam. I got into this game too late.

Some really great info there @SVEN thanks for that. Presumably the SN doesn't get through UK customs unless they are incorrectly labelled then?

I am thinking of ordering from the source referred to here; https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/anyone-whos-received-sn-from-m.139280/#post-2220880

But it seems no-one can confirm if their packages can get through UK customs. Someone on this forum did tell me the following; "Ordered in august. Arrived in 1.5 weeks and no sorry I am not in the UK. But in US customs they listed it as a cell phone case since it came in rectangular packaging."

So a question to anyone else who has received SN in the UK from M. Were their package listed it as a cell phone case & came in rectangular packaging?

As there are reputable, licensed producers/suppliers of SN in Britain I'd suspect that it's unlikely any legitimate user (food curing etc) would jump through the hoops involved in ordering from abroad.
So any import which is recognisably from an overseas producer will require a shedload of paperwork on behalf of both the sender and importer. One of the challenges in bringing SN in from overseas being that not only will the despatcher need to mislabel the package, they will also require to not be on the international "watch list" which countries maintain and share. This list is one of the ways in which a Canadian supplier (and his customers) became known to the British authorities.

not caring if people know you're suicidal is fair enough but also i heard someone got their sn taken away as a result of the welfare check

I'm in the UK and successfully ordered sn from another country (I actually can't remember which, think it was a European country). It came through fine. I ordered 2 containers, both clearly state what's inside.

However this was at the end of 2020 and things seem to have tightened up since then.

I believe the law has changed.

Don't wish to alarm anyone but upon receiving my second welfare check at 1 AM last night in two days (and still acting under the precursor that it's not actually illegal to possess) I've had a bit of a freak out and gone to read gov.uk in further detail. Check the section under Criminal offences. It reads:

Importing, acquiring, possessing and using

It is an offence for a member of the public to import, acquire, possess or use any of the substances without holding a valid EPP licence issued by the Home Office.

If found guilty of this offence, there is a maximum penalty of 2 years' imprisonment and/or a fine.

Kinda shitting myself now bc they said they have all my details and could be in touch

Link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...ns-and-explosive-precursors#criminal-offences

Would be absolutely smitten if anyone had any advice for me. There was something ominous about the tone of it
