worried about my cats

i'm worried about how my cats will grieve once i'm gone. i have a few cats, there are two in particular that i am concerned about.
i know my family will take good care of them, but they really love me. i've raised them both since they were kittens.
one of them follows me everywhere, sometimes cries if if i'm not spending time with him (even if he's getting attention from others), and gets really upset if i go even a day without cuddling him. he doesn't really care for cuddling with anyone else.
it's a similar situation with the other one, he is always around me and gets upset if i'm gone for too long.
whenever i'm gone for a day, they immediately greet me and cry and rub up on me. when i was in the hospital for a week, my brothers said that my cat seemed depressed.

even if they preferred spending time with my other family members, none of them really have the time to cuddle with them.

i've thought about waiting until they both pass to ctb, but that will take too long. one of them is about 4ish years old, and the other is a little over a year old. i can't wait that long, i need to die.

i know there's nothing i can really do about this. this is more of a vent than anything.

Oh my god I feel you so much. I also have several cats and I love them in a way words just can't describe. I'm so terrified of what will happen to them, and there are moments when I wanna live just for them. They're everything.

I have the same dilemma, it's so tough when we have cats that rely on us. I'm really not sure what to do in my situation as I live alone and my cat was stray before she found me and she is really attached to me.
