i had a mental breakdown for a few days and i think it triggered psychosis. i'm not too sure on what's happening to me but i keep derealizing feeling like i'm not actually here. i'm not sure how to recover soon so i can start working again i fear that if i go to a interview they'll notice that i'm being off or acting weird.
