Same I get so anxious/panic attacks if I have to leave the house. Don't have a car either and there isn't a bridge tall enough for me to jump off with a high success rate for a LOONG way. Might not even have a tall enough bridge in the state. Not to mention I live in a rural area so tall buildings are far and few between. The ones that are tall are like banks/businesses and you can't exactly just go to the top of them :/.

Been there. Exposure therapy does help eventually but it can take many many years. <3 Good luck

Tried it for a couple of years and not great sucess. I did go out for 10 mins 2 days ago but boy that has screwed me up although furthest I've been in 18 months
