Venting Wish I could just take a strong sleeping pill and skip the rest of this day

Here I am in bed feeling like shit probably for a few more hours. The thing that happened is not even that bad but now all the other negative stuff comes out too and I'm basically disabled in bed for the rest of the day. Can I just get a strong sleeping pill and wake up in like 16 hours...
