I struggle with self care in summer and other times of the year, but in winter it gets exponentially hard. Just another pain in the fucking ass that is this existence.

I was just thinking the other day that January especially is like the most depressing month. It's cold, the snow looks disgusting after the initial snowfall. And you see ice dripping from everything. Ugh. Lots to look forward to.
