I wrote two notes that I planned on sending out a few months back during my last sui attempts. One for my family and one for my bf. They weren't as heartfelt as I'd like, especially the one for my family, but I couldn't think of much to say. Now, I don't know if I plan on making any suicide notes...

This is what my current note looks like, addressed to my parents who will most likely find me:
"I'm so sorry. I love you so much. Please forgive me. There's nothing you could have done to prevent this. I haven't been to any of my classes or done any of my work in months and I felt too guilty for wasting your money. Please pray 3 Divine Mercy Chaplets and 1 Rosary for my soul. I'll be waiting for you in Paradise. See you soon. I love you."

I wrote a small note years ago in my phone. But I haven't really done much else.
I always thought about preparing scheduled emails, but that would cause way too much anxiety.

I think that's a good idea I know when I decide to I'm going to either write to family I actually care about or if I don't have any I won't.

I'm writing down all my financial information and relevant passwords and leaving it in a folder with all my other important documents. I'm leaving a note to my brother because I want him to inherit all my savings, my car, etc.

If I commit, I definitely want to at least leave a note for my partner. We always said that we would tell each other if it came to this, but I don't know if I can. I want to try to explain and apologize.

I'd write one to explain that non-existence is all I've ever wished for and that I'd rather sleep for all eternity than suffer for the sake of it in this existence I never would have chosen, I'd never wish for something as cruel and torturous as existence where there is no limit as to how much agony one can feel, death truly would be the only peace for me personally.Similar threads
