Help Will the rope hold?

So my dockline has a working load limit of 650 pounds, im 210 pounds. I plan to use a bowline with a double overhand stopper knot and an arbor knot with a double overhand for the noose. With these knots reducing the strength of the rope do you think it will still hold? Thanks

It is a strong rope.

The WLL takes into account wear (knots, bends, abrasion) and environmental conditions (weather, UV radiation, rain/humidity, temperature, chemical exposure..)
