I posted yesterday about not being able to find the right place to put the nbags in the night night method and no one responded. I looked and read at everything else posted about it but it's not working. I don't want to be one of those people that are on here for months or just never leave. I am determined to go TODAY OR ASAP. Please I am begging you to walk me through how to find the carotid artery. Please. I didn't need to hear anything about how you would use another method. Please help me, I'm begging you

It just takes practice and experimentation. Unfortunately not everyone's corrotid arteries are easily accessible, it depends on the person how easy and effective the method is

I'm sorry sweet @IwanttodieASAP

This is not my method so I can't help, maybe you can try to search some studies or medical illustrations to improve your accuracy ?

Wishing you the best ❤

Will normal sized corn hole bags work or do I need something smaller? I bought standard bags but no matter where I place them, nothing works. And the strap is as tight as it can get.

Are you f or m? Being male it takes a lot of force on the sides but need a good solid material to compress the c arteries. Guessing it's the same for a female? Everyone's neck is different. However this is a plan I'm trying to use every night before I go to sleep.

I'd say corn hole bags are definitely too big. Try socks or pipe insulation strips

Probably. But not on an open forum. Maybe in a personal message.

You maybe, but plenty of people help out on the forum. We wouldn't have a fraction of the information we do otherwise

The "night night" method in regards to the cartoid arteries is a scam. Unless you're willing to commit immense violence against yourself and withstand the pain that entails you're going to be stuck in this reality. A few people are fortunate enough to have access to phenobarbital or fentanyl or a gun whatever but for the rest of us throwing ourselves off a high spot or an actual hanging that we cannot back out of are pretty much the only options. Oh except for making a chemical soup or attempting to light charcoal in our vehicles I guess is an option. Either you're really wanting to be dead or you aren't willing to experience enough pain to do it. Unfortunately I'm of the latter but I think a few more days of suffering will hopefully encourage me to take charge of the situation.

Forgive me if I'm talking ballocks but on the edge of falling asleep.

I belive the night night method can work if using something solid compressing the c arteries but the biggest issue is Si and when the brain gets starved of blood it will do everything it can to get the blood flow back to normal. I've practiced this and it seems it's harder than expected so I'm now going with partial. Every one is different so one method may work for one peep but not for the other. I guess it's all about trial and error

I tried those bags, I didn't like them. I practiced with 2 rolled up socks instead. I roll them tight and place them between my neck muscle and my adams apple, right in that void that feels soft. I run them vertically to fill that soft area between the side of my jaw and clavicle. Those bags would push on everything else and not sink far enough into where I need them to compress the arteries. After about 2 sessions I had it down. Nowhere near as much pressure either. Don't get me wrong, there's still some pressure, but nowhere near as much.

Search "carotid triangle." You'll see the spot I'm talking about.

Thank you so much! Bur when you say not enough pressure, do you mean even with the socks you still weren't feeling anything? Or an I misunderstanding you? If you would of not loosened it, would the socks of worked? Thank you

No, I meant not as much pressure around the entire neck, especially the back, sides and front. The socks don't cover any unnecessary spots on the neck, they just sink in where you need the pressure applied most. I start losing my sense of hearing and seeing those little black spots floating around before I even feel uncomfortable tightness around my neck. Once I begin feeling pressure I'm about 5 seconds away from the point of no return.
