Will SN work on a sensitive stomach?

I have a weak stomach due to ongoing health issues. If I cough too hard, I often end up vomiting whatever I've eaten. My digestion is very slow—food can take up to four hours to process—and I can only manage about one bowl of food per day. I also tend to throw up easily; coughing often triggers it, and once the nausea sets in, the rest usually comes up as well.

Would SN be able to work in a situation like this?

SN can be lethal even after throwing up but it's very risky, it's way safer way to go with AEs though they can be hard to get.
