Will SI kick in for SN

My first attempt was helium, I had to spend some time ordering the tank, buying the tube. Buying tape and clamps also to clamp the tube to keep the flow open. I had very little si from what I remember of it and only took the bag off in frustration as it wasn't working even after some time.

Would SI be an issue with SN?

i'll try with a high dose of benzos, hope this reduce the possibility.

It can be yes. Some users have spoke about calling for help as soon as they take it or once the symptoms start to kick in

How much so? I understand it varies but I'm afraid of calling for help and being saved if and when it's time to go.

The thing is I have a low tolerance for stomach pain. Would pepto bismol ruin the Sn effects?

Just even trying to get yourself to drink a poison like SN is nearly impossible. Very very difficult. That's why there's so many cases of people "testing" their SN, their survival instinct is stopping them from taking it, in my opinion. In a person's "rational" brain, it may be all you want is to take it, but the bodies "lizard brain", it sees "drink = death, do not take!" and is very, very powerful. I can only imagine it would be very difficult after taking it as well.

I think I manage to drink it just because I am so angry and frustrated, basically raging. The problem is that with 2-day protocol rage has time to settle down.

Maybe I gamble away the rest of my money so it's easier to take it under the rage of losing.

I don't think it works that way. Just look at how many people have destitute lives, homeless, being abused, etc, and they still can't end it. And yet you have people who are completely successful with tons of family friends or fans, and they end up ending it.

Are you saying that all of them want to end it? Maybe some will still rather live no matter how hard life is.

If I faced homelessness, I don't know, I feel like the choice would be easy. I can barely function even without being homeless.

There are plenty, even on this forum, who are homeless and want to end it, but can't.

And one can feel like the choice would be easy, but that's what I'm trying to say, is that no matter how logical or rational the thought to end it seems and feels, once you actually have the method in your hands, or the rope on your neck, etc, it suddenly becomes a very, very different deal altogether. The *reality* of the actual moment of facing down your own death is quite different than the thought of it. And I'm unsure exactly what causes a person to go that extra step. It seems based on most literature, that suicide is most often an impulsive, in the moment act. Not something you rationalize yourself into doing.

I have severe gambling problem, and the suicide rate with it is known to be high. So there is the impulse to kill yourself with heavy gambling losses. Maybe even more when you win big and lose it all back. A few months ago I won enough that I briefly thought: maybe I have options now, maybe I don't need to kill myself, at least yet. And lost it all back the same night.

So I feel like for me this is the drive that helps me go over that edge: building so much rage inside...

It will be an impulsive act but with a lot of ground work done before it.

Cant say.

Not sure what the interactions would be between pepto and the other drugs

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm hoping my sn arrives this week and I'm going to try take it without antimetics
