title, i know i get vertigo and SI is hard i have tried before and couldnt even stomach being that high up in the first place, i can try proper hanging but again SI would stop me taking the plunge. im reading accounts of people ODing and freaking out, and looking further.
Been taking propranolol for years. Highly likely it will prevent your legs from shaking(but they still will) and your heart from having extremely high bpm rate. That's all I can say honestly.
UPD: propranolol does somewhat make u slightly distanced from stuff and situations around u, but it's not smth like xanax at all
depending on the person it would seem viable, but personally i would not be afraid of jumping drunk due to time issues if you drank where you wanted to die (ie. getting blackout drunk takes too long and someone finds you), or being too impaired to carry out the suicide method properly (ie you dont fall back properly or fall in the wrong position before you were ready). but i suppose itd be roughly the same with anything else intoxicating, man theres probably a chance you sit down and bum around and dont follow thru too just due to being intoxicated too haha.
