will I vomit? + my plan

so basically a month ago, I tried CTB by taking so much digoxin , 120 pills to be exact , but before it I didn't do any preparation as I didn't know the existence of this forum. I basically vomited profusely until they sent me to icu. I am going to try SN soon , so I was wondering will the metoclopramide be enough to stop vomiting , I suffered from bulimia years ago so my body easily vomits , I don't have access to benzodiazepines either. any tips on how to prevent myself from vomiiting esp that they say SN tastes awful.

my plan is

one day before , take 3 metaclopramide pills throughout the day and stop eating for 24 hrs but have water

I sleep at 12 am so basically no water or food until next day

at 7am next day I will take antacid and metoclpramide pills and then 40 minutes after take the SN (NOT FOOD GRADE SN btw, couldn't find food grade in my country)

does that sound like a solid plan or will I just keep vomiting and end up in icu again or worse psych ward.
I am scared of this study as patient stayed one hour alert and he was also resuscitated even though he has done everything correctly

I was just about to reply but you edited your post. You went from writing that it is food grade and that the alternative is not available in your country to then claiming it is NOT food grade.

Which one is it? It's an important point.

sorry for the confusion , I apologise , its not food grade , but according to the sn bible it should still work?

So far as vomiting, we have yet to figure out what makes one person vomit and another not. Some people experience little to no nausea and some people vomit profusely. We cannot predict which one you will do, unfortunately.

As far as the grade, that does not matter. All that matters is that it is 95% purity or more.

It seems someone has answered this point which was news to me. I'd definitely still do more research, nobody should make decisions based on merely posts on a forum. From what I've seen a failed attempt doesn't have any adverse effects (again, don't take my word for it).

I think that study says he arrived at ED 1 hour post ingestion. It could just mean he was found unconscious and medical assistance was alterted. Not necessarily that he was awake the entire 1 hour. It says the patient's family found thr suicide kit. So he must've been around family when he attempted.
