Help Will 180mg of vyvanse do anything?

I only have access to 180mg of my ADHD medication, what will happen if I take it all at once?

I do also have 60mg of prozac (currently on 10mg per day) I could combine with it.

Also, I really don't care if it will be horrible, I'm just so over everything at this point.

Update: I took them like 2 seconds after posting this, I know now it almost certainly won't work, I'm just not going to tell anyone atp ig

Nope prozac is a very "safe" antidepressant and iirc there's not been any deaths from overdose. Also some people are prescribed 60-80mg a day. And for the vyvanse the only concern would be heartrate and possibly psychosis but likely won't hurt or kill you.
