Yes it is a oxygen regulator I can't find nitrogen regulator or cylinder I'm going to fill nitrogen gas into a oxygen cylinder and use oxygen regulator. Will this generic mask work?

I didn't know much about that method but i think that you need a much big cylinder not only 250ml for be safe to ctb.
That is not a cylinder that's a humidifier. That is used as oxygen humidifier I will remove that.
