my current ctb plan is jumping from at least 10 stories onto concrete.

Don't jump when under the influence of anything thatll make you limp and pray you land on your neck or you'll have an extremely painful last few seconds
There's not much to jumping other than beating the si sober and not caring about the cleaning up

I would recommend 15 floors minimum for sure shot, make sure your head hit the ground first on the hard surface
