Why is the search function on wpd so terrible?

I want to find videos relevant to my method, but I'm presented with so many grotesque totally random videos every time I input a search term. To the extent that I can't even trawl through them to find something relevant because the thumbnails are so vile..

Are there any other websites like that where you can actually search for something without being bombarded by irrelevant imagery?

I think all the others are flooded with porn ads. And titles about how sexy the corpses are. Wpd is possibly the best one. Hoodsite, maybe. Usacrime, it's called, now? Was just there, and it doesn't seem to have a search bar, but maybe with an account? Idk.

I was forced to make an account a few weeks ago, apparently they do that periodically. I tried to search for ligature and thumbnails of someone who had been murdered, with half a body and entrails came up. It pisses me off that they're showing images like that when I am searching for something much less graphic. Even the banners are really graphic, but I don't know where else to look.
