No meds. There are many people who don't watch porn who aren't on meds. Porn isn't healthy.

Some clothing would make the sex better such as lingerie.

Same. I was wondering if it has something to do with people wearing clothes nearly all the time? Just as boots/shoes fetish might have something to do with seeing (during formative years) most men/women wearing footwear. Like, who doesn't wear footwear? Same might be with clothing in general.

Maybe as a woman I have a different perspective on this, but I've never felt attracted to just a naked man, both in pictures and real life... there has to be some sort of emotional connection for me to get aroused. Maybe you should try getting into a relationship.
