I mean physically. They say you're supposed to place the rope around the middle of your neck, but the thyroid hurts so much. I know it's a very idiotic question, but how do people who through with it? I understand that most are desperate but I guess what I'm trying to ask is are you just supposed to take the pain until you pass out?
For some reason prison inmates are able to do it with bed sheets but people with a forum and instructions fail at it all the time. I can't speak for everyone and I'm not trying to be insulting but perhaps it's just the easiest method to back out of for people who aren't really serious?
I ve never understood why people would chose this method. I ve never heard of it before coming to this forum. It seems pretty obvious to me that it is not a good method if you want to die 100%.
