• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have fear of missing out (FOMO).

I've fallen asleep every night for the past 27 years, but I always wake back up.

It's the fact of knowing that once I fall asleep this time, there is no waking. I feel like I may miss out on something really important or vital that could've prevented my death.

But this is just a cognitive distortion, realistically nothing will change. I am trying to hold onto the .00001% chance of something good occurring.

if your male it could be your daily hormone cycle, I noticed my bf has the same strength. its like a naive strength like an inner drive. I admire it because I don't really care about life in that way. not in a negative way, I'm just okay with leaving the material world. I already have everything I need. I feel like most men naturally feel like they need something outside of themselves

Maybe it isn't a cognitive distortion. If a part of you is thinking there is something important out there then you should listen to that thought.

You say you're scared of missing out on something that could've prevented your death. There's something that could prevent your death? What could prevent your death, and why is it so unlikely that it will happen? Why is it so unlikely that you're willing to bet your life on the fact that it never will?

I think it has nothing to do with gender. Many women (including myself) would relate to what they are experiencing
