Method why don’t people here usually consider CTB by carbon monoxide (co)?

i spent some time researching methods and looking for people with the same idea as mine. in my opinion, suicide by carbon monoxide (co) is the "easiest," least violent, and most painless method. it can be done in a way that causes less suffering, both psychologically and physically. but then, why don't i see many people considering it?


low chances of survival, no pain, less psychological suffering because it's not violent. to me, it seems perfect. can anyone explain? /gen

It has always been my preferred method, I will use it in conjunction with SN so that it becomes an "anti-failure" mechanism, the important thing is to use it in a place where it does not harm other people or animals nearby, family members or rescue teams.

I was thinking of hiring a camper van and doing it in there so I get to be cosy before I pass. But would that be cruel to the company I rented it from? I don't wanna trouble anyone. I could also just buy one, since I won't need money after. But would a campervan work? I was thinking of getting the coal ready outside, moving it onto a clear surface inside and letting it build.
If there's any tips on how I should prepare a surface for it, let me know.
Then I'd prepare the outside, write on the door that inside a person has taken their life with CO and to not open the door to avoid personal harm, just call authorities. Maybe write on the back or whatever other side it has.
Then once it's been long enough, I think there's devices to measure it? I'll do that by the door or window (again if you have any methods that would be nice) and once it's ready, pinch my nose, walk in, get cosy on the bed, deep breaths- and hopefully peace.

It's kind of a loose plan so far. Any notes?

A large-ish shipping crate made out of plywood or similar? That would work.

I don't have a garage or personal space/time to light something in my bathroom or room because of other people unless I rent a hotel I guess

I've spent days looking around. I have found parks that may work at night (parks attached to woods) and trails etc.

Found a parking lot that is pretty deep and secluded.

Sime churches lots are deep and have no cameras and are surrounded by woods and no residences
