Many things. Some of my fears are justified and the situations are serious and uncertain. Some of my fears are irrational but leave me paralysed with paranoia. Every aspect of my life is deteriorating and I've tried many times to do whatever I can to improve things, but I'm ultimately a very useless person. So right now it's just a waiting game.
