Venting Why do I have a fear of this?

Every night now I have the same dream where I'm in an isolated region, around evening, and I get a constant feeling that someone is going to abandon me. This person will be present in my dream and the feeling will get stronger till i eventually realize I am alone, which results in me waking up with a headache.

This has been happening for the last few years now.

The obvious seems to be fear of being abandoned by someone irl. Fear of being alone. Anything there? Could also be existential or internal, but I'd start with the obvious.
