i strangled myself with an extension cord for an hour straight. it was tied to my bed frame, and i was laying down. i fell asleep at some point, i don't know when, but i woke up. it never loosened, and i never moved my head up, how was i still able to breathe? was it because i was laying down? do i need to be upright?
