Just curious why benzo recommended. Should sleepers work. Have zolpidem. I'm assuming the benzos are just to make it more peaceful and I'd imagine the zolpidem would have the same effect... pass the fuck out.

Aren't benzos an anti-emetic, also?

From what I know, I think benzos can help ease the anxiety and maybe the instict of survival. Maybe by sleeping quickly before sn makes full effect could help. At least that is how i see it for me. I am trying to get them still.

That was my thought so just want to make sure sleeping pillS can also be substituted. I don't have access to benzos

I think it's fair to assume zolpidem will have the same benefits. There is some anti emetic properties with benzos but I'm tempted to say the same of zolpidem from a personal standpoint. Truth be told though, Lorazepam is the only benzo that officially (on paper) has anti emetic properties.

The main reason for the suggestion to use benzos though, is to effectively knock you out before any of the more uncomfortable effects of SN kick in. At least that's how I understood it. I'm kind or making an educated assumption so may be wrong. It's hard to see what other reasons there could be though.

Okay that's my thoughts since typical benzos are not able to get I was going to tak the SN and then the zolpidem to basically render myself unconscious while the effects take place

Yeah, there's going to be some element of timing needed. They do tend to take effect quickly in my experience. Faster than benzos. Often I feelcthem start to kick in within 10mins whereas with benzos I can wait an hour or more before I can really tell they're working. I think if it were me I'd take them about 5mins before drinking my solution. I'd worry that taking them afterwards would run the risk of them taking much longer to work and not doing their intended job. Especially if you vomit.

From my understanding vomiting is the only risk of failure. Benzo, sleeper, propranolol, is only to make it more peaceful. Anyone confirm?
I have had Ativan prescription in the past but don't want to see my psychiatrist because I feel she will se e through my bullshit.

Just to be clear, I wasn't referring to risk of failure. I was just saying that taking them at the right time would mean they get chance to do their job in making things more bearable. Take them too late and there's no point, right? I think the zolpidem are suitable personally. They may be better. They knock me out compared to benzos. Much more hypnotic effects.

Like I said, I would just taje them beforehand rather than after so they don't get vomited up.

Not sure which country you're in. If its in the EU you may be able to get prochlorperazine over the counter.

If you're in the US you can get online doctors/pharmacies to prescribe anti emetics. If you don't want them to notify your doctor then you tck a box saying you don't give permission. There's an SN guide on the forum which is held in high esteem named Stans Guide. It has good info on anti emetics. It may be that you're able to get one of them ocer the counter. Just varies around the world.

I have read Stans guide. I will try to follow. But I'm unable to get most of the suggested medications. Unfortunately I'm under a time frame.

Yeah, I picked up on that from the other thread you/we posted in. I guess maybe an online pharmacy is your best bet. Yoy just tell them yoy have headaches that cause nausea and vomiting. I'm not sure which online pharmacies are best though, sorry. Maybe someone can help you with that via PM.

Appreciate that. Trying to do the best with what I can in the time frame I have. I seem to have settled on SN if I believe it will work. I have. A fail safe to do it at work with 100% success I just don't want to put that on my coworkers
