I had PC. Didn't have a chance to test it or anything but it looked perfectly fine. Had to reorder from CCS recently but I'm just using it as a backup.
I'm honestly not sure and I don't want to lead anyone astray.
Up until that intelligent leg failure threat I hadn't seen anyone else fail with that brand.
I spoke with the user who spoke to the vendor directly who is selling PC product and they said that it was nitrate, even though the bottle says nitrite.
I'm not sure if they've changed something around because of everything that's been happening or what.
I'd recommend at least trying to get the aquarium strips and do the nitrite test if you can to check the levels or whatever.
Also with the whole blood test thing, I'm not sure if NITRATE turns your blood brown or not. If it does then I guess that can be another issue and cause confusion. From what I'm aware from Reading threads several people have used it in the past. Never seen them log back on or anyone have troubles with it until IntelligentLeg.
Can you please tell me or give some hints what is PC. I bought SN from jungle site in September. It has yellow label, >95% pure, 500g in a plastic bottle. I wonder it's the same as you are talking about. I am new and can't pm yet. Please I am desperate.
If you ordered PC from a sporting goods vendor in the past 1-2 months, throw it away. It's Nitrate.

Would that be the Pro-Cure SN ordered through the website that has 3 "Gs" in its name? Or, is it any of the presumed SN acquired through any of the 3rd party sellers?
The user ordered Product from a third party company ordered it the bottle literally said nitrite but the receipt said nitrate so he contacted the vendor in the vendor said it's nitrate
Well shit. I ordered from that sporting goods site last month. The upside is it didn't cost very much. I guess I'll have to order from IC after all as it seems to be one of the only reliable sources. Better safe than sorry.
I mean honestly in the past it seems like the product was really good I've never seen anybody fail from it or make any complaints. Honestly don't have any idea what's going on I just wanted to share this information with you guys use your own judgment. Maybe if you guys can order some aquarium test and just check the nitrite levels.
When it's in bottles, sodium nitrite is a bit compact, not easy to remove from the bottle as the salt solidifies. It's slightly yellowish. Turns fully orange to brown when oxidized.

It does not appear as slightly yellowish in my container... It looks like table salt... Maybe it's because I look through transparent plastic and don't see full color range?
