Depends. I think either police/paramedics or a random passerby.

Most likely hotel staff will know what happened first, but hopefully not have to see anything disturbing. It would be police/emergency responders who would be the only ones who would actually have to see me.

I plan to CTB with SN in a hotel suite with a separate bedroom with a door that shuts, or just in the bathroom if the first one isn't an option, and put a sign on the closed door to warn hotel staff not to enter and to call the police.
