Yes. Although I'm not too good with needles and wouldnt want anyone to think I'm a junkie - although a suicide note could avoid that issue. I would be worried about purity issues and therefore surviving it with long-lasting health-effects.

Yes after day three you will sleep and you wouldn't even notice it. You will hallucinate severely from day three. Your appetite will cross all bounds. Your mind will shut itself down occasionally and you will be found with eyes blank just staring at something for no good reason 'cause the mind is grabbing a quick nap with the eyes open. Yes so your mind will put you to sleep every once in a while for a very short period of time. But this does not mean you will get REM sleep. You will never faint or go unconscious. See, when you don't sleep for one or two nights you develop a very strong urge to sleep. But if you deny your body sleep for two more nights then that urge goes away. From day 4 you will NOT FEEL SLEEPY AT ALL. But you mustn't lie down on anything or you will go to sleep. The idea is to deprive the body REM sleep. You can take 5 minute naps as many times as you want. Well, whether you want or not your brain will snatch these quick naps. But REM sleep happens when you sleep for around 4 hours. These quick naps will not cover up the REM sleep loss. And you will have to take certain medicines to keep yourself awake by force for the first few days.

A guy made a Guiness world record by not getting any REM sleep for 11 days. He had to take medical help to sleep after the eleventh day because the mind "forgets" how to sleep after so many days. The doctors said that if he had continued a day or two more, he'd have died, 100%

Yes thats there too. An air bubble won't do much. Take an empty syringe, a big one. Fill it with air and inject it all into the bloodstream. If it is injected into an artery its sayonara in ten minutes. If into a vein, then its sayonara in maybe half an hour. Its a sure fire way. The pain involved? You can't even imagine.

Oxys + grapefruit juice?

Mixing the prescription painkiller oxycodone with grapefruit can cause serious breathing problems

Apparently you shouldn't ingest grapefruit when taking oxys because the combination can kill you.

Edit: I googled more about this, and apparently all opioids are allegedly affected by grapefruit juice and people who abuse this drug category actually drink grapefruit juice to enhance the opioids' effects. The more you learn. But alcohol and/or benzos is probably still more effective enhancer. But why not add grapefruit juice to the mix.

There are only really a few truly viable bread and butter methods that the vast majority employ to ctb, which have all been brought up on this site before. So if the discussion's about novel methods, the exam suicide where you stick two pencils in your nostrils and slam your head into the desk is a classic. Also, flying over to the Middle East to join ISIS gets you a free explosive vest, which is probably the only device that could produce a lethality rate higher than shotgun to the head.

Exsanguination is back-up plan. I know where the carotid arteries are and instead of compressing on them with most partial hanging methods, a quick bleed out and incredibly hard to tourniquet when you know your body is getting weaker and you start blacking out. Depending on how much subcut-fat to go through to get there depends on the person. For me, I got a skinny neck and I can find my pulse easily. The NNM method seems plausible, but it gives me too much time to back out, where cutting my own neck with a steel damascus chef knife is quick.

Unless you got family and people trying to find you, this is pretty messy.

You could create a hostage situation and get a sniper to off you with a head shot. But that would be so anxiety inducing and crazy to pull off.

About lack of sleep, the longest I've gone without any sleep whatsoever was a full week, but then again with the "help" of meth. And it's true, after about 4 days, you won't feel the urge to sleep anymore but you'll black out for a few seconds with your eyes open, then snap back to reality with the most intense feeling of confusion. I've blacked out that way while talking, even in public buying groceries. It's interesting in a sick way, and terrifying.

After a week I've actually had to make the decision to sleep, otherwise I would've probably kept going for another few days. I wasn't trying to ctb, I don't know what the hell I was thinking.

I think you would die or at least be knocked out by the time you hit the lava. Your body can't survive heat that hot for long.
