My favorite is a German called Albrecht von Lucke. He has good takes on German and US politics. I like listening to Slavoj Zizek.

There are some other Germans: Herfried Münkler, Jürgen Habermaß.

Nobody, in my country doesn't exist intellectuals lmao🤣
Speaking seriously, sometimes I watch some videos of the federal deputy (brazillian member of minor parliament) called Kim Kataguiri, he is much smart and founds the "Movimento Brasil Livre" (Freedom Brazil Moviment), the only much liberal moviment in Brazil that is growning.

I'm in the US, where all anyone does anymore is complain about Trump. I can't take it anymore.

Stephen Fry. He can voice his thoughts so elegantly and sometimes poetically and comically.

Or his thoughts on God: link

Robert Sapolsky (YouTube link)

In my efforts to educate myself on why my brain is the way that it is, I've found many professionals whose explanations of the brain and it's disorders made so many things "click" for me. I had so many moments where I said "holy shit, this person is describing exactly what I've been experiencing. I always thought it was just me". Many individual science communicators have made individual contributions to my education in that way, but Sapolsky has contributed countless moments like those. I really can't recommend his books and lectures enough.
