Help Which one is better for SI – alcohol or benzos?

Hi,

I´ve always thought benzos is better, but recently I´ve been experimenting with alcohol and it seems to work better against SI.

What is your opinion/experience?

Depending on your method you could fuck up while being on any downers if you are too numb to ctb then.

Both is a good answer, but I guess it needs to be moderate, otherwise benzos will make you fall asleep.

alcohol is trickier for me to dose right, too little isnt effective but too much makes me sick. a few drinks reduces my anxiety without making me sick, which does lower anxiety and inhibition but not enough to suppress SI

benzos are much more reliable ime
