Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

You sound like me. I'm sorry. :(
I also have to take levothyroxine as well as liothyronine because my thytoid was removed.
Does Lyrica help your neuropathy? I take Gabapentin (Neurontin), but I feel like it isn't doing enough. I have neuropathy and other widespread nerve damage from surgeries.
I forgot to put Prazosin in my original post. I wonder what else I'm forgetting? LOL
Lithium, Prozac, Zoloft, Propranolol, Gabapentin (I'm prescribed this for physical and psychiatric reasons)
Do you like Brintellix? I used to take it back when it was Trintellix, and it worked incredibly well for the first month or so. Then it seemed to plateau. I really want to give it a second chance, but my psychiatrist keeps coming up with reasons not to. I also really want to try ketamine infusions.
I love it to be honest. It gave me the EXACT feedback you had, the first month I was like "I'm gonna conquer the world" then it became just being constantly dissociated but I appreciate it somehow because it helps me not to be too much suicidal. I wore it off this previous days because I'm retarded and now I'm goin g in here again lol.
Also I spoke to many people who had ketamine treatments and SMSs seem to be helping those who react well to ketamine treatments
Levothyroxine due to hypothyroidism
Morphine twice a day due to metastatic cancer
Metoclopramide for nausea caused by the morphine
Lorazipam twice a day which helps breathlessness
A sleeping pill (no idea what it's called)
Dulcosade and Senna because opoids constipate you
Paracetamol every 4 hours to deal with breakthrough pain
If I was a pet I would have been put to sleep by now.

I remember being very surprised at how fast it started working. Just a few days instead of weeks. I really noticed the difference because I have a jewelry and art business, but I'd been too depressed to make anything. But that kicked in and I found myself not only wanting to work, but creating multiple pieces every day. I have a pic somewhere of the ridiculous pile of things I'd managed to make. (Normal for me before the med was maybe one thing a day.) It was almost like I was manic to the point where they briefly thought I might be bipolar, but I'm positive it was the med. I loved that feeling, though. But it leveled out and I've never experienced it again. Right now I have such severe anhedonia, I really wonder if that couldn't somehow break through.

my thyroid was removed 30 years ago. I'm going to look up that liothyronine as I've never heard of it. I think the lyrica works better than Gaba. If you've reached the max dose on Gaba and it's not working ask about Lyrica. I hope youre feeling better soon
Paroxetine, Bupropion, Clonazepam, and Olanzapine. All for anxiety and depression. I've been on meds for 20+ years. There was a time when they worked fabulously and I was able to accomplish much. Now, nothing seems to work--not even the Benzo. I feel like I'm just taking the meds to stave off withdrawal symptoms.

Liothyronine is generic Cytomel. It's T3, rather than T4 like Synthroid is. I think my body has a hard time converting levothyroxine, and I feel much better on both. I'd say it's worth looking into.
I want to, but my psychiatrist keeps refusing for odd reasons. I've asked each time we look at tweaking my meds, but I haven't pushed hard yet. He has me trying a Prozac and Zoloft combo at the moment. Jury is still out on that.
Ill be 49 in a few days. I began being medicated as a teen 16 or 17 until 18/19- depression, anxiety and at 18 for cancer cancer so I built some tolerance. I did NOT take antidepressants or anxiety meds though beyond those years until 13 yrs ago I was put on xanax. My son died 3 yrs ago in a car accident. If I am not medicated I just spend all day hysterical crying I want my son, I want to go to my son. It numbs me enough to not feel it so hard but I can function enough to drive a car if I want to go somewhere.
My brother lives with me and he's a recovering addict. I have my meds in my room in a cabinet. He has said D I'm an addict and the amount of medications you're on is insane- he's not saying it for an addict to use just the sheer amount they have me on should not be happening.
Caffeine, Nicotine, Alcohol, Marijuana, Mushrooms. Other illicit drugs intermittently, an yes I do have to take them daily or something very bad is liable to happen.

K75 can I pm you? I want to share some photos of my beadwork with you. Since my son died I cannot create. I open my bead closet start at the thousands of dollar sin supplies I've purchased over the last 30 years and stare blankly and frustrated. I NEED to create again I NEED the money badly. My electric is going to be shut off and I just look at my beads confused.... I have 1 pair of earrings I made last year bagged ready to sell. Sitting for a year=/ because I just can't get my mind to make anything...
They had me on trintellix right after my son died it didn't seem to help, but I was early in the grieving process. If it helps me create several projects for a couple of weeks I'd be happy. Maybe I need to ask doc to take me off duloxetine and back onto trintellix..

Thank you for that info. I had my thyroid cancer at 18. When they had me go off the thyroid for the rad iodine scans they would restart me with cytomel. My TSH has to be very suppressed- thyroid cancer thrives on TSH. So they use my TSh as a main marker. With my TSH being consistently low enough I doubt I could talk them into adding cytomel.

I had Graves Disease that just could not seem to be controlled, so ultimately they insisted on removing the whole thyroid. Pathology came back saying there were some precancerous spots.
Lately, I've been missing hormone doses (all my meds, really), and my labs just came back so bad. TSH is almost 16... Way higher than I was expecting. Probably definitely adding to my current depression. I hate playing thyroid. And meds. All of it.

As you know by now, this quote I'm sharing is truth. " It produces two main hormones, triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4), that travel in your bloodstream, influencing physiological functions from head to toe. "Every cell in your body needs thyroid hormones to work correctly," says J. Woody Sistrunk, MD, a member of the American Thyroid Association's board of directors. "They regulate everything from metabolism to bone health. So much depends on your thyroid being perfect."
We've got to get your thyroid in you. Don't take extra doses- for the next 2 weeks take what your doc suggests. In 2-4 weeks your levels should be ready to be tested again. Want me to be a med buddy =) when I take my morning meds I'll pm you and when you see it take yours if the timing is good for the thyroid.
I take citalopram i feel it does nothing but take it anywas, imtrex for migraine, and i buy xan bars illieagly and occaisonally oxy. If i cant get that i take unisom in good quantities to sleep. Not the one that contain benedryl, they suck. I get tge doxyl ones and i drink at night. Not alot but enough to feel numb or raise my spsrits.
I'm out of a few of these meds, but I take:
Lithium, Naltrexone, Vistaril, Trileptal, Trazodone, Risperdal, Zofran, Ativan and the occasional weed (not prescribed to me, but it helps tremendously).
