I'm in Canada too. There are a few options. If you search "sodium nitrite canada", you should see a couple vendors. They may require you to be part of a company, since they don't ship to "individuals". However in my experience this is not checked or enforced at all.

that company wouldnt sell it to me because i couldnt provide a company name or address. they dont deliver to residential addresses. you are lucky they sold it to you. doesnt hurt to try.

There is a loophole though. You can set it to a company address initially and then change the delivery address to the courier's shipping facility using the tracking number
