I have my SN, unfortunately the only AE I was able to get was zofran (saw two doctors, neither seemed to believe my fake symptoms and even when I told them zofran doesn't work for me they still prescribed it), I've also been given a couple of sites but they require me to use a check as a form of payment so I gave up. I at least have "something" for the vomiting but nothing for my heart or anxiety, any recommendations?

Do you have a bank account? Some banks have a service called online bill pay where they send a check on your behalf which may be easier. The pharmacies should have instructions on how to use this option if they accept it.

I tried looking for accurate instructions for this as well but i don't think my online bank has this and I couldn't even find where to do it. I also got scared that it was a scam

Hmm, try googling [your bank's name] + online bill pay. I would be surprised if they didn't have it. PM me if you need a reliable source btw. I know for sure they aren't a scam because I've been doing DIY HRT with them for awhile and they give decent payment instructions when you checkout.

I'll look again, thank you

You would need to take propanolol at the same time at SN because you would get too dizzy and nauseous and risk vomiting SN otherwise. But then propanolol might not kick in until you have passed out from SN, which makes it useless.

It is also counterproductive because tachycardia leads to a quicker death per the American Clinicians' Academy of Medical Aid in Dying, who removed propanolol from their lethal drug mixture 3 years ago: https://www.acamaid.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/12-5-19-DDMA-instead-of-DDMP2.pdf

It would be better to take an anxiolytic (such as a benzodiazepine) so that you can ride the tachycardia without it making you anxious. You can take it ahead of time, perhaps an hour or so, or follow the instructions in the September update of the online edition of the PPeH recommends (500mg diazepam or equivalent dose with another benzodiazepine at the same time as SN).

How and where do I get that?

You can acquire benzodiazepines by telling your GP that you have anxiety attacks that don't respond to psychotherapy on its own nor to other behavioral / lifestyle modifications (such as mindfulness, exercise and sleep hygiene). Depending on your GP's willingness and preferences, they may offer alprazolam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium), clonazepam (Klonopin) or lorazepam (Ativan). I would recommend any of the latter three.

Depending on where you live, benzodiazepine research chemicals (aka benzo RCs) like bromazolam may be a legal option. Some websites on the clearnet sell them, but be wary of scam sites as there are plenty of them.

A more reliable (arguably) but illegal option is darknet markets.

More likely your GP Will offer you wellbutrin or an antihistamine known for its sleepy side effects- Benzos are not an easy thing to get and chasing them gets your name on a list of pill chasers. Ymmv, but this is generally what happens- if you have less time, you need to use alternative unsavory sources to find benzos.

Good point. Though if the focus is anxiety and not insomnia, it may be more likely that a benzo will be prescribed — the only antihistamine that has a slight anxiolytic effect is hydroxyzine but it is very sedative (at least until tolerance builds up), so one can say that they need to be functional during the day to work or study. Antidepressants might be offered too.

From personal experience, it's a bitch to get prescribed benzos in many cases--even if you have a panic disorder. You'll have to build trust with your doctor and "try" several weaker anti-anxiety meds like wellbutrin (as speck mentioned) before benzos will be considered.

RC Benzos are the way to go if legal issues worry you. In fact, the benzos sold on darknet markets are probably research chemicals marketed as the real deal anyway.

Bromazolam seems to be the one recommended the most. Flualprazolam has a much stronger hypnotic effect so it might be good to combine it with bromazolam for sedation. Please don't try to use any of them recreationally though. They're extremely addictive and have a reputation for being life ruiners among research chem users.

Second this. I would recommend brotizolam (which is quite hypnotic/sedating and less anxiolytic), etizolam, norflurazepam or flubromazepam. Maybe flubrotizolam but be extra careful with this one.

Stay away from flubromazolam, clonazolam and flualprazolam. They are just too potent and have their fair shares of horror stories.

Do you think taking flualprazolam at the same time as SN would be reasonably safe? I'm interested in it because there's an erowid trip report where the user claims it puts him to sleep better than any other benzo. I'd rather not wake up handcuffed to a hospital bed though.

I reckon flubromazolam and flualprazolam would knock anyone out quickly because they are so potent that only small doses (in terms of weight) are needed — respectively 15 and 20mg, to align with the American Clinicians' Academy for Medical Aid in Dying (ACAMAID)'s recommendation of 1g diazepam — and I suppose those small doses should get absorbed quickly from the gut.

That said, the ACAMAID used to have patients take 100mg of digoxin 30 minutes before the rest of their lethal drug mixture (at the time: 1g diazepam, 15g morphine, 2g propanolol) because the digoxin wasn't getting absorbed well otherwise and it delayed death. To quote them:

There is now very strong evidence for "Pre-digitalis." The reason is that without giving digitalis separately, the tiny amount of digitalis (100 milligrams) gets lost amid the huge mass of the other meds (18,000 milligrams)–see the brown pie chart—and the digitalis doesn't get absorbed. By using pre-digitalis, i.e. dig alone for 30 minutes, the dig is rapidly absorbed—providing more rapid and thorough digitalis toxicity. Using Pre-digitalis (D-DMP2 vs. DDMP2), we cut the mean times to death by 33% compared with DDMP2 (see the graph). More significantly, the maximum time to death was reduced from 11 hours to 5.1 hours. I now fully believe that separating the digitalis from our other meds should be the standard of care.

So, even though the September update of the online edition of the PPeH calls for 500mg diazepam, I'm not sure how well it or flualprazolam would be absorbed when taken with 25g of SN (and thus how long it would take to kick in). Ideally one could take them 10-15 mins before SN, but that probably is too long of a delay — there is a significant risk that they kick in so quickly that they cause a quasi-instant blackout.

It seems like such a heavy dose isn't practical without assistance. I would think a very heavy recreational dose (~6mg of bromazolam for example) taken 20-30 minutes before would be more than enough to suppress anxiety and provide strong sedation without causing an immediate blackout
