Help Where should one CTB?

In the case of SN or using any method that involves ingestion or a process like PSH, I've observed that many prefer a hotel/forest. Would using a hotel be problematic for staff/etc.? And would using a warning sign or the "Do Not Disturb" sign potentially mitigate this?

In both cases, I'm assuming nighttime is best, would this be correct?

As for another method I am considering, jumping, a tall building/structure is necessary. Should this be located in a corner of some sort? Does it matter who owns the property?

No matter what someone will eventually find you and someone will have to clean up whatever mess you leave behind.
Unless of course you can go so deep into the woods no one finds you but even that's rare.

Ah, fair enough. That's a truly unfortunate fact. Currently I don't have access to somewhere deep in the woods, though I am looking into traveling near one to increase my likelihood of success

Yeah you just need enough time alone to complete the task. IMO I'd rather be found soon after so my body doesn't get all nasty. I'd like to have an open casket for my kids sake.

I'm biding my time until I do receive that golden window of opportunity, I am unsure how long it will take. I daresay jumping makes finding the body easier, whereas with SN (my second choice) it's all dependent on the chosen location. I personally am not too concerned over how my body will be found, though I hope the mess isn't all too bad.

I don't know much about SN, but maybe a car would be better if you have access to one? Like others have said, someone is bound to find your body sooner or later. Less bystanders would be affected with the car route as using a hotel involves many workers and news can spread fast. If someone finds a body in a car all they have to do is call the police and go about their day.

Just my two sense. Ultimately, it's your descion. I hope you find what you're looking for

I do have access to one. A somewhat unconventional location (at least from my very rudimentary research) but I'm definitely open to researching alternatives and wouldn't want to disgust/negatively impact anyone as I do suspect will happen with the hotel location. You make an excellent point.

Are you posting anything by the door/taking extra steps to secure the room/yourself? If I go through with SN, I'm considering using a hotel room like yourself.

For me, a hotel is not ideal because of the proximity of people.

The way I see it is, I'll be alone, free from people, and it's not like I'll have to explain my actions afterwards lol.

I actually never considered this. Your logic is very sound too; I'll look into locations near me and figure out what works best logistically.
