Alldaychem has a listing here: https://www.alldaychemist.com/perinorm.html

I've heard good things about ADC, but I don't know how reliable this listing would be. But given the price, I don't think that's a big deal.

Does domperidone work with N too? I know it works with SN and I feel like it would be easier to reliably obtain.

I've read comments here that domperidone works but it's less potent as an anti-emetic than metoclopramide is so you may have a higher risk of vomiting if you use it depending on how your body reacts to ingesting sodium nitrite.

Meant to add: One person that I know of had a bad reaction to meto, which she tried before her exit date, so she used Motilium. I would want to experiment as she did with the anti-emetics, just to be sure.

I don't mean to sound insensitive but are you able to share how Motilium worked for her...

You're not insensitive - it's a reasonable question. She had no problem and was talking until she went to sleep. (That was with the N. We didn't know about SN back in 2013. Nitschke has always stated that very few people, if any, experienced vomiting.)

It's been used with N by several people on the Exit forum - (also known as Motilium) - http://big-pharmacy.com/categories/Gastrointestinal/Motilium - apparently shipped from the UK. Don't know how reliable this site is. One person just used Dramamine and had no problem.

Thanks. Good to know there are some successful CTB with N and Motilium. Any chance you remember the regimen (ahead vs stat, dose, etc) these folks used? There is not much concrete data on Motilium usage for N.
