Where can one obtain Metro in the USA without a prescription?

This doesn't answer the question directly but it is sold OTC in pretty much any border town with Mexico.

After looking into this more I'm redacting this recommendation if you have any paper trail of depression - apparently the medication can increase depression.

Also I guess I misread/misinterpreted, I believe it's illegal to get it without a prescription from a US source but international sources may or may not be okay.

My doctors suck. I actually have terrible nausea with migraines and they haven't given me shit :(

Present yourself to urgent care with a bucket and complain about intense nausea w/ migraine. It has to be convincing though.
