I did find uralchem (уралхим) but it seems that they ship industrial volumes of SN and they might even require some certification, I'm not sure. If you have any information, please respond, either in Russian or English. I'm not planning on purchasing soon, I just want the comfort of knowing that I *can* purchase when the time comes
