Where can I buy a powerful, injected local anaesthetic? Not to kill myself with.

I have a less final drastic measure I want to try as an alternative to suicide. It'd be a self-surgery and agonising without some serious medical grade anesthesia (that would not be available over the counter).
If I can do it painlessly I would do it with not a moment's hesitation, but the idea of doing it with no anaesthesia fills me with cold terror, I couldn't bring myself to do that.
I would read up very heavily on sanitation and buy all the equipment necessary for that, make sure I know what I'm doing. But all that is a moot point if I can't get anaesthetia. Something along the lines of lidocaine.

Is there a reliable safe black market online for this sort of thing?
