When To Schedule Email?

I plan on taking my SN tomorrow at 10pm. I'll need to alert someone about what happened but don't want the message to go out too soon in case the SN hasn't done its job yet. Is 8AM too soon?

8:00 AM the next day should obviously be good.

Yea definitely 8am is absolutely okay if you drink the first cup anytime before 12am as the maximum amount of time needed for SN to kill you is 8 hours (this might happen if you don't absorb a lot of SN cus of puking for example).

SN isn't my method, but I plan to have my e-mail scheduled for 2 days after I CTB.

Enough time for me to cancel it if shit goes sideways.
