Given local restrictions on firearms, chemicals, sufficiently dangerous medications, and tall buildings, I have just been attempting to use a device of my own making, but I have yet to get it completely right. If that ultimately fails one too many times, I will probably just go for partial suspension hanging; that seems quick and easy.

i have a couple of options. i was originally going to mix a bunch of xanax with a bunch of alcohol, but i dont feel like stocking up on either of those. Once i get back to work ill probably try that or SN. If i dont get back to work, ill try a shallow water blackout, or using the SWB technique to try partial suspension again.
