I don't listen to metal, but there are 2 metal songs that I've probably listened to 100s of times.






In the second song (Fear of the dark) I find the transitions at 1:41 from the violin to that extreme screaming, simply awesome.

Hurt are great. My answer to the question would probably change on any given week. At the moment I'm listening to a lot of Sleep Token.

An Autumn for Crippled Children, its an post-black metal band but it talks about depression,hate,love etc. so if u like dsbm u might also like it.

As for my favorite band, definitely The Callous Daoboys or Limp Bizkit. It's mixed whether Bring Me The Horizon is metal or not, but if they count, them too.

Meshuggah and Gojira are usually my go-to. Others I enjoy are Orbit Culture, Zeal & Ardor, Author & Punisher. Igorrr has been getting a lot of listens lately. When in the right mood, I'll listen to The Body and play any of their albums without doing anything else but listening.
