I think I'm Ctb soon. Like tomorrow or tonight soon. I'm trying to make a checklist of things to do so I can make it easier on the people around me. I don't want to be a burden in death either.

So far I have:
-what to do with my body
-what to do with my things
-what to do with my cat
-wrote letters out to the people in my life

Am I missing anything?

Depending on the method you might want to leave a note for the person that is most likely going to find you (in case it's dangerous for them - apart from the obvious psychological stress).

It might even be worth to leave a note like "don't enter, i took my life, call 911", so a professional can make that step.

I'm debating between drowning and hanging. I am trying to figure out a place.

I really don't want to traumatize my roommate.
I'm trying to figure out where to do it that is peaceful and quiet.

what's wrong with drowning?
I actually saw a guide on drowning. It's on one of the sticky threads. The user took drugs to get unconscious and kept swimming further and further out. I think they succeeded. One reason why they did it is so their body won't be found. But yea still drowning is really scary imo. I think it's bc everything gets darker and darker as u sink

I tried drowning and it's the most painful experience ive ever had. my SI kicked in so hard I dissociated at one point and my body went into SI and I couldn't fight it. drowning is so painful its hard to describe the pain.
