Music is a portal to many different things it's a beautiful medium it's a great hobby, but is there a song that gives you the urge and that push to end it all that you will try to avoid sometimes but when it gets too much you played anyway on loop and hopes that it's just enough to make you finally end it?

For me it's worthless by Eli

I had bad things happening to me while Metallicas "Nothing Else Matters" was on ...until this day I avoid this song like the plague.
It would probably trigger me to no ends.

I mean I like the song but it kinda gives me the urge to selfharm. Some of the lyrics kinda hit close to home as well.

Hello by Evanescence. I cannot listen to it much now even know I can really relate to it, as it reminds me of painful times in the past. I used to listen to it non stop years ago. I will probably listen to it a lot when I get close to ctb. Thinking about the past makes me want to exit this world more.

There is a Rise Against song of which I have forgotten the name and which I hope will stay buried. I love Rise Against, but I can't listen go that song. It seems to be about a deeply failed relationship that needs to end. I didn't analyse it for deeper political meanings at the time, though knowing Rise Against, there probably was some.
My best friend told me the song reminded her of us. She later said that she didn't mean the part where it says it has to stop though.

Seldom has something so simple made my insides feel so bad. I feel physically cold recalling the memory.

Same for me. Especially the bridge. Too close to home to listen to at the moment. Also, on the album it is followed by the song Saving my Last Breath. - "It ends here tonight."

It'll All Work Out - Phoebe Bridgers. Every time I hear it I think about how much my partner has yelled at me for my failing mental health and part of me wants to leave the song for him as part of my note.

If I listen to this song on loop things are not alright. I know why I'm there, what I'm getting close to, and what I'm asking for. All in all, I still don't try to avoid it very often. I know where I'm eventually headed, and lately I've been getting tired of pretending everything's happening according to plan.
