Whats the Most effective gun your able to buy at 18 on the west coast US for suicide (more specifically California) and how to avoid being a redflag

Im done with life and just want to clock out, the method i came to is suicide by gunshot to the brainstem due to its effectiveness. I know your able to buy a shotgun in california at 18 so ive been looking at saving up for that on my 19th birthday to buy it. I was also thinking a slug or buckshot for ammo to do the most damage. i want my suicide to be quick and fool-proof. Id also like to hear tips on how to avoid redflag laws on the west coast.ive been in therapy for a decade (age 8-18) BUT have never been voluntarily or involuntarily commited to a mental hospital. ive only ever done an ER visit a few years ago but was dismissed as a "non threat". what topics should i avoid speaking to my therapist about to avoid any complications with my plan. I just need an escape, level 2 autism is hell and everything that brings with it has made my life unbearable. i just want it over and done.

avoid talking about life/death and stuff like that, its better if you leave a letter explaining everything so they dont think it was a murder. be careful with the angle, make sure the angle of the gun is letal !! best wishes <3
