So, I have this rly thin but solid plastic string that I stole from the ward I'm in, and rn I just tied a slipknot for fun, then I'm thinking of testing it out by tying it to an object and kneel down as far as possible just to see how thight It get's, mostly for fun, and uhm, preparation for my ctb obiovsly :ahhha: . I was wondering out of pure curiousness, how likely am I to accidentally die from a blood choke or something upon experimenting with this? I mean, the plastic string is very thin, and I believe I read somewhere that plastic isn't recommended, so I'd like to think the chances are low, but then again, that thing is damn solid, it leaves some real marks on my neck lol.

What you are trying to do could result in a very painful death. Stone in his Suicide and attempted suicide warns or the danger that is constriction of the respiratory tract (airway) whereby it starts filling with blood and eventually you will be helpless and have no option, but to die by blood suffocation.

That likelihood seems high enough when and if partial suspension is attempted. It's that easy to set up, and also just as easy to fail.
