Help What's the easiest way to kill myself in my situation?

I've been looking up methods for the past month and have just found this forum, a few weeks ago I found out you can die from nitrogen asphyxiation but I would need to make a suicide bag and get the equipment which would cause suspicion. I live with my family and I'm a recluse and that stays in their bedroom all day. I very rarely leave the house apart from going to the gym and even then I'm always questioning why the fuck I am excercising if I'm just going to die anyway.

Because I'm a recluse, I don't know any dealers and so I'm unable to obtain any drugs. I also heard OD'ing is fucking painful and I would obviously like the easiest way to go. I'm in Europe and so I can't just shoot myself either. If I hang myself I would have to find somewhere to hang from and like I said I rarely go outside.

Idk, I've looked up all these methods and they all seem out of reach to me in my situation.

I totally relate, living with my family and rarely going outside, i discarded most methods except for hanging. My plan is to hang from the three in the garden when they're out/sleeping. Maybe you can find something in your house to hang from.
I would love to do it another way, but it will seem too suspicious if i im out of the house for long. Also i distrust using supports any other than a tree branch, like wardrobe bars for example, so i discarded the hotel idea

I get dropped off to the gym by my mom, I think if i really want to do it I would def do nitrogen asphyxiation. There is a local park on the way there, I don't think I want to be known as the kid who hung himself infront of a childs playground though.

Don't you think you can order one of the inorganic salts like sodium nitrite to your home without anyone noticing? Maybe you can even buy it somewhere. I would be careful with hanging when you live with other people who can discover you mid attempt.

Hanging, Nembutal, and sodium nitrite are all quite quick, if you are worried about being found too soon. Partial suspension hanging is quite low maintenance. You just need something like a scarf, a belt, a rope, or a bathrobe belt. You can tie it around a doorknob, close a belt in a door frame, tie a scarf from a bed frame, etc. You probably already have the things you need for that.

For N and SN you need to be able to receive packages at your house without anyone taking them.

I think for a person in your situation SN is a good method to choose.

You will need antiemetics and taganet. Both can be purchased online.

Is there some sort of guide I can find? I found a mega thread but the first post doesn't go into too much detail.

Here is the mega SN thread. Take the antiemetics 1 hour before although it says 30 mins. I would go with one hour to be sure. Buy some taganet from amazon. 800mgs 1 hour before. Then take the SN. If you have benzo's thats even better if not it should still work.

According to the "assisted-dying blog" antiemetics are suppose to be taken every hr. for the previous 12 hrs​
