I didn't find a guide and I know that it's kinda selfish to leave the triain pilot behind like this but I have no other way.
there is no other way to easily kill myself and I have to take this, is there a guide out there for trains? I didn't find one, maybe I'm just dumb if yes sorry for that.
or in general, and advice on what's the most reliable way? do I let it decapitate me? do I jump Infront of it?

i think lying down is the most effective method. it's quite rare but i know one or two people that survived jumping in front of a train, with some amputated limbs, because they got unlucky and the train wasn't going super fast.

It's probably a good idea to take benzos or alcohol to overcome any potential anxiety.

I definitely plan to drink alcohol tho Im really sensitive to it, I get drunk really quickly that's why I have to be really careful with it, last time I drank like 200ml 38% vodka and was laying in a random forest and couldn't stand up anymore and was throwing up everywhere lol, by now I drink less and over time and not on an empty stomach lol

the wheels will go on the tracks and anything on the tracks will get destroyed so as long as you put something vital on the rails you'll be okay. it can be your head or your neck or like your important organs (heart, lungs, etc) and it'll work.

I found the Wikipedia page for train suicides surprisingly informative about best methods.

I honestly know nothing about this method and wouldn't choose it if it were me, not unless I needed to exit immediately and had no alternative. I know lots of other people have replied already with helpful replies, so all I can do is wish you the best of luck if you are certain there is no other way. So stupid how we can't just walk into a euthanasia clinic anytime we want, and for any reason, and just get something peaceful to do this with. Should be legal and freely available everywhere but it isn't.

In the spring, I made two special trips to the railway station to examine two types of trains—specifically to look at the cowcatcher and the wheels, and to scope out the general situation. I had already researched the matter online. The cowcatcher sits too low; it's unlikely to sever one's neck if lying in front of the locomotive, but the impact would be massive and, in all likelihood, fatal. That's why it's better to lie down between the wheels just as the train is pulling into or leaving the station. I saw a video of a young woman who managed to do exactly that. I can't do it at the station, though, because there are always people around. I do know a spot in the woods where the railway line runs, but right now there are vipers there, and that's holding me back. By the time the vipers go underground for the season, it will be too dark outside, since the train only passes through there in the morning and evening. Talk about bad luck!

yeah it definitely should be legal, I'm so terrified of killing myself with a train honestly, idk if I will even be able to.
no one should have to go through something like this just to find a way out, sadly I don't have much other options

I'm luckily blessed with a good access point to the railway, as a child I used to sit there and watch trains
there's one passenger train that's really really fast, it's one of the fastest in all of Germany.
it seems like the best option tho I do kinda feel bad for the pilot and all the people in there, not only will I traumatize the pilot but I will also even after my death burden the people around me.
I'm actually so terrified about dying by a train itself, dying itself, how the pilot will feel, how the passengers will have to wait
wish I could find a better method but It doesn't seem like there is one.

I am unfamiliar with the specifics of this method, but I would give my point of view.
The train seeing you and breaking hard will probably decrease the chances , it's still a train and will more likely than not be lethal if it directly impacts you as you lay down on the rails. But consider trains a loud and intimidating, every self defence and preservation instinct in you will be screaming to run with a megaphone , I believe that may be your greatest obstacle.
After all we all know getting hit my a train is violent but being directly faced with it is another level.

I'm deeply terrified of it but I don't see another method that I could do except for hanging and hanging scares me because I could be found even after I'm unconscious

Well I feel you there, I often find myself so stuck that I too feel like resorting to a more rapid method, but....I'm stuck still
