What's stopping me from pushing the Confirm Order button?

So I tried to cbt with the night-night method today, and once again failed. It seems so simple . . . but I just can't get it to work. So on to Plan B: shotgun. I have one picked out, that's even California Compliant (I live near San Francisco). I enter my credit card info, but something is stopping me from hitting "Confirm Order". Is it hope? Is It fear? Whatever it is, I need to conquer it.

it could be hope, fear, survival instinct, or a mashed combination of all three, with some waves being stronger then others. Don't beat yourself up for it, it usually is extremely difficult to fight off survival instinct from both mind and body. I've had the exact same thing happen to me when I even click the link to the store of the shotgun I have in mind. I came to the decision to push it off and re-evaluate everything and decided it wasn't the time. But then again, everyone is very different so I don't want to make it seem like I'm assuming how you are feeling.

Might not be the right method for you. Your subconscious is in the way. To be honest. It takes balls, big balls. Back in 2011 I bought a s&w hand gun with armor piercing bullets, and held it to my head a few times. Couldnt pull the trigger. A few days later somebody broke into my car, stole my gun, 22 inch chrome rims ect from my Dodge Magnum. Right next to universal studios. It's safe to say there's to many other ways to make an exit.
